I’ve installed WordPress and am now spending some time reading the manual. Deleting the silly graphics in the default theme was easy enough, and I fixed a few errors in the CSS. I still need to figure out how all the pieces-parts interact. It seems very well designed.
To-do: streamline presentation (lots of margins here), check on accessibility, validate code top to bottom, figure out if this is the right tool for link management, pick a different color scheme.
Besides the usual navel-gazing, I hope to use this weblog to build a list of links, once and for all. Stay tuned.
