Three runs

Saturday: 4 miles with Doug, 0:33:12.

Sunday: 7 miles, I think, with the RoadRunners, 1:04:30. The ForeRunner got lost for a bit during mile two, so it’s hard to say what the distance was exactly. Maybe 7.5 miles.

Tuesday: 7 miles of intervals, solo, learning how to use the ForeRunner. 1:01. I’m not that happy with its interval training mode; it’s really oriented around the fast running, and doesn’t even record data about the rest periods. Also, I think I’ll pick different intervals next time; I ran 1/5 today (1 minute fast, 5 rest) but I think 1/4 would be better.

At any rate, during the fast legs, I ran 6:32/mile, and I felt great afterward.
