    AND he is going to tap into the oil reserves to help with the gas prices!! Why do they so like to spend what we don’t really have?

    An excellent question. Bush II doesn’t even seem to mind the runaway spending; he doesn’t complain about it like Bush I and Ronnie did.

    To be sure, the folks winning no-bid contracts for hurricane rebuilding sure like the increased spending. Ah, corporate welfare!
