Better run

After a one mile warmup, Doug and I ran five 1200m sets today: 5:30, 5:23, 5:20, 5:30, and 5:30. That’s 7:11/mi pace.

The speed work kicked my butt; I was really out of breath after the last two sets. So I decided to tack on some distance (4.5 miles, 0:45:00). I think that’ll help me get back on track cardio-wise.
