I missed Tuesday’s speed work.
Rainy and cold at our usual 6:30am running time, so I ran in the afternoon: 14 laps around the park at the end of my street. Each lap is 0.536 mi (.925 km). I ran eight miles with the first 10K at 8:00/mi pace. 1:06:08 overall.
