Not enough running lately. But I did manage two. One week ago (12/4) I did speed work: 12 x 400, none slower than 1:40, and the last one at 1:22. Today 10 miles with Doug in 1:31:32 (9:04/mi).
Now that classes are over, and it’s warmed up a little (e.g. above 20°) I need to get back to three or four runs a week. One thing that will help: the student rec center is open to faculty until January. So I’ll be able to use their indoor track and/or treadmills. But first, I need new shoes. Badly.
