11 miles, 1:40:12, for 9:07/mi. Harder than I expected. I’ve got a long way to go to get back into shape for long runs. Doug wants to run a marathon next week—no way I can do that. If I increase my long run mileage two miles a week, I could be at marathon mileage by February 18. However, I think it would be wise to ramp up more slowly than that.
I should probably shoot for one of these races instead.
