We had a very heavy rain yesterday evening—standing water all over the yard. When Madelyn got up today at 5:30, it was still raining steadlily. Doug and I ran anyway. Today was a tempo run: 10K, 47:51 (7:42/mi) with warmup and cooldown. We ran on the track, so no doubt about the time and distance.

According to FIRST, this time points to a 8:22 marathon pace (3:39:21). Hrm.
