Speed work 7/4 no problem (as above), though both Doug and I were tired and it was very humid (90%)–I was soaked when I got home.
Madelyn was up last night, so I didn’t get to run with Doug. But I did the tempo run today (7/6) betore it got too hot, and quickly too–I thought we’d be dashing off to swim when I got home. Of course, Madelyn fell asleep about ten minutes after I returned…
Anyway, 5 miles, 34:51 (6:58/mi). Strength work at the Y shortly afterward.
