Apple has just released a pretty cheap iMac. Cupertino says $899, but the real price is $1100; that’s with AppleCare (three year warranty instead of one) and a gig of memory instead of the stock 512.

More specs: 80gig hard drive, shared video RAM, combo DVD/CD burner, iSight camera, Mighty Mouse.

Pretty cool.
