8/24: Tempo run today: 8 miles, 1:05:17 (8:08/mi).

Fifteen miles this weekend, probably Sunday. Ma Nature: how ’bout some cool and dry weather?

    Another sticky run. 15 miles in 2:07 (8:28/mi). 72° and 100% humidity at both start and finish.
