Tried to run Tuesday 9/19 but still not feeling well; hacking up a bunch of goo. Same Thursday 9/21.
Ran 4 miles Fri 9/22 with Madelyn in the stroller. 31:30. Good.
The race is tomorrow.

As I’m posting, you are likley running or maybe finished…but good luck! Since I moseyed over here to talk about brewing beer, I’ve been following your marathon prep…having been a runner for years (more in my youth than now), I do so appreciate accounts of others running. There’s nothing better, especially when you are fit and running yourself, than attending a race where you aren’t running!
So…I’m looking forward to your account!
BTW, I am currently running about 1-2 times a week and cycling about the same amount, depending on weather. Not completely out of shape, but not in race form either.
