Six miles, finally

I finally got off my butt and ran! Saturday 3/3, six miles at the Y track, nice and slow (55:20, or 9:13/mi). I’m shamefully out of shape. But no major hamstring issues; just a little tightness. That is very good news.
Now, if I can tack on another run this afternoon, that will be sweet.
