Recovery, I hope
Earlier tonight I realized I read the Y schedule wrong, so I couldn’t swim at 7 like I planned. And it was too late to bike. So I stretched like mad, took a deep breath, and went for another short, slow run (29:30, 2.4 miles, 12:30/mi). Mixed results. I had some soreness and stiffness in my left ankle as I ran, but it went away very quickly when I dropped to a walk. I stopped often to stretch, and I iced my ankle for half an hour afterward.
My “running” category may need a name change…
