Amelia Lindley Dilger
Born today at 2:01am. 9 lbs 6 oz, 20 1/2 inches. Erin’s labor wasn’t a picnic, but she’s doing fine now, and so is our new baby girl.
Happy Birthday, Amelia. And you too, Madelyn.
Update 10/27 9:45pm: Everything is going great. We’re hoping the girls will come home Wednesday morning. More pictures on Flickr. Best wishes and our thanks to all who’ve commented.
Update 10/29 11:15am: Amelia and Erin came home today. Both are super, and so far Madelyn is adjusting well.

Yea! I cannot believe the girls will share a b’day! How rare is that? I also cannot believe Erin had over 9 lbs. of baby in there! We’ll stop by soon (for a minute) just to say hi & bring a dish in a week or two. I’ll be in AL from Oct. 30 to Nov. 8. If you need me to keep Madelyn when I’m home, I’d be glad to. Congrats! We wish for a sleeping, nursing champ for you!
