Sunday conversation
For our Sunday meeting, I propose we have a conversation about these five chapters in the Guide:
- Collaborative pedagogy
- Critical pedagogy: dreaming of democracy
- Community-service pedagogy
- The pedagogy of writing across the curriculum
- Writing center pedagogy
That pretty much covers the interests you’ve mapped out in your three prospectuses, and would set each of us up to discuss the texts which supplement our big three.
Sound good?

Sounds great. I would like to bounce some additional ideas on the direction of my project.

Oh—first sighting of hummingbird at the East Moline residence. Summer is officially here!

Of course; we’ll have a conversation about that as well.
And I hope we get to see some hummingbirds Sunday!

Sounds good to me, too. I’ll write up a revised prospectus today. Happy 4th of July!

Good work and good eats tonight. Madelyn fell asleep about 9:00 and didn’t wake up when we got home–outstanding! I’ll post on CompPile and a few other things tomorrow. Thanks again.

That really was a good meeting. I feel like I have a better understanding of what Katie and Katherine are working on and better feel for where I’m headed with my own project.
Madelyn is adorable, and I’ll bet Erin and Rosie slept well last night, too!
Back to the boring world of business managers. Wish I could take the day off to read and write.

Yes, thanks again, Katie, for hosting!
