Updating CF to take advantage of our online-only status. Currently testing several content management systems and working with other editors to improve metadata and other things.

NCTE position statement on FLOSS 
An argument for open source and free software; we hope CCC and NCTE will adopt it as a position; includes proposals for CCCC 2008 SIG and workshop. This is a collaborative effort, to be sure. We've gotten this to be a NCTE resolution passed at CCCC 2008. (Woo!)
